With over 20 years experience in Business Development Management, Relationship Management and Event & Training creation and delivery across very differing not for profit sectors (commercial fishing industry, aged care sector, Aboriginal community, women’s leadership and disability sector) I strongly believe that nothing is unachievable. Over the past 3 years I have had extensive experience in reviewing Rosters of Care, NDIS Plans, house rosters & support needs to achieve maximum efficiencies for providers and participants. I have a strong analytical approach to identifying funding and service gaps and use my strong customer service skills to communicate this to participants and families. Developing service agreements for NDIS participants has provided me with a direct insight and understanding of the NDIS and its impact on both providers and participants.I thoroughly enjoy working with purpose and this is what drives me to deliver excellent outcomes in everything that I do.
