My career spans over 18 years in events, marketing, guest experiences, and communications, encompassing seven years working with six wine brands, both commercially driven to premium and boutique brands. This was followed by freelance work, offering brand management services in creating and developing tailored strategies to suit individual business needs and objectives, driving and increasing revenue for the business.Managing brands, communications, content creation, partnerships, and producing events has given me the opportunity to work with and collaborate with many different types of brands within the wine, hospitality, travel, beauty, fashion, film, music, luxury brands, and lifestyle industries.In 2015, I joined Maurice Terzini at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar as the Marketing and Events Manager. Since 2020, my role has developed into a leadership position as the Director of Marketing and Events. By creating memorable experiences, I drive marketing and revenue through specially curated events and partnerships. I have always worked on an international scale, engaging clients from all over the world and collaborating with international and national chefs and lifestyle luxury brands to create unforgettable moments within specific budgets. I now head up all the events, marketing, and communications for not only Icebergs Dining Room and Bar but also CicciaBella Italian and Belongil Beach Italian Food in Byron Bay. I also work closely with Maurice Terzini on different projects and his two fashion labels, Ten Pieces and Non Plus.I consult on different projects, preparing and assisting venues with launch, marketing, and event strategies. In May 2022, I worked with the Intercontinental Hotel, Double Bay, to create the events program to drive awareness, customer experience, community engagement, and new business while enhancing the overall hotel bar experience.My latest consulting project sees me working alongside the DTLE team to develop and create the launch strategy and marketing plan to open a new multi-level venue, Jacksons on George, in the Sydney Place precinct in August 2023.My latest business venture, Locay, launches in 2023–2024. Locay is the ultimate online platform for boutique accommodation concepts. This curated hotel portfolio brings together collaborative editorial efforts and branded activations to promote unique travel and accommodation concepts, one neighbourhood at a time.
