After my 2 entrepreneurial experiences I wanted to test myself on a bigger scale. Becoming the manager of the Personal Training area, I helped create and innovate the service in a gym with over 2,000 members.

With the second PT Studio I wanted to improve all the aspects that the experience of my first activity taught me.I doubled the available space and tripled the customer attention.Over the years I moved from the role of Personal Trainer to a more managerial one, integrating my fitness skills with more corporate ones, understanding the importance of marketing and staff management.

During and after university studies I did some afternoons to train children aged 5 to 9 with FIDAL, the Italian Athletics Federation.Beautiful experience that I personally advice to anyone, not only if you studied motor skills, but teaching general. That range (5 tot 9 years old) will force you to pull out the skills that can not be studied in books!

After working in in some of Milano’s gyms I made a decision: in 2011 I opened Personal Fitness, one of the first Personal Trainer Studio in Milan, driven by the desire to create a space at the disposal of the customer. The concept behind the Studio is that the busy workers stop going to the gym at the slightest excuse, so they need someone that will guide them in all aspects of training. At Personal Fitness I created an environment equipped with everything you need to make the best training, for anyone who wants to reach a goal, without wasting time, money and where you can even listen to your own playlist at full volume!

In the summer of 2012 I decided to go to see how the Fitness works other side of the world. I went visit a trainer who has done everything few can only dream of: open a business abroad. I was lucky cause he decided to open a gym in Santa Ynez, sunny place above Santa Barbara, California, USA! It is there that the other idea was born: to bring Italy a natural fitness snack, without protein powder or other chemical ingredients. And we did tasty, too! It was inspired by the PaleoDiet by Loren Cordain, the best for lose weight!
