I collaborate with the IM (now known as Colliers SGR) in order to analyse the data and realising the IM management report.With the latest (now known as Colliers SGR), I collaborate with the analyses of the data and realising the bi-annual funds reports.Externally, I support the clients’ choices in their investment and disposal decisions through data and analysis. I realise market reports (quarterly, bi-annual and annual) on the different asset classes: Offices, Investment, I&L, Hotel, Residential and Retail. Moreover, I realise some had hoc reports on some specific products such as Healthcare and Data Centre. Finally, I collaborate with the other Colliers research departments on the EMEA reports, especially on ESG and Flexpansion.
