Simone Sexton is the Founder & CEO of Sleep Spark, a wellness app that helps adults to increase their self-care, intimacy, and connection as a way to increase sleep quality. As a mental health therapist, Simone understands how symptoms of insomnia affects approximately 1/3 of adults worldwide. At the same time, being a couples therapist has provided Simone with insight into how disconnected many people are from themselves and their partners. Simone believes there needs to be a healthier blueprint for intimacy and that is why Sleep Spark helps individuals and couples increase intimacy and connection. Simone has combined all of these aspects to create Sleep Spark, which helps all adults to relax, then enjoy an intimate fantasy in your mind, and afterwards fall asleep to soothing soundscapes. Sleep Spark’s mission is to increase self-love, intimacy, and connection before bedtime and help solve the worldwide epidemic of insomnia using a holistic approach.
