I leverage behavioral and organizational science (and empirical studies) to facilitate organizational transformation. With these I focus on developing and building clear-cut alignment upon some compassing fundamentals: - Organizational culture & governance - Purpose & Brand identity- Strategic change communications (dialogue and reflection explicitly included)***Roaring we need a human(e) revolution to jazz up the future of work, I aim to facilitate our organization towards becoming a futureproof learning ecosystem with vitality, courage, and well-suited autonomy for all people at the core of it. Innovation and breakthroughs are more likely to follow suit in this vuca era, if we act more intelligently upon what drives individuals and upon the complex relational interplay within our system. Meanwhile we’ll be shaking up this future of work thing. Gradually making it healthier, more fun, meaningful and profitable. My belief in human revolution extends to myself – I steadily seek to expand and deepen my understanding and expertise. Outside of remaining passionate about behavioral and organizational science in its broadest sense, I love the interaction between my colleagues' wisdom and my own insights as a stepping stone in facilitating each other’s growth.***I am (almost always) happy to be on this expedition with NieuweStroom being quite a pioneer again.
