Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my mentorship and talent assessment abilities, not only within my own “organization,” but across the entire region and zones in which I worked. Awarded with two company awards for high performance managers, I am driven to deliver top tier results through strategic planning and execution of processes. Although an operator by “trade,” I have always been an “HR” leader at heart, working very collaboratively with HR partners to ensure that we are creating the most engaging environment for our employees: an environment where diversity and individualism is celebrated. I'm an active practitioner with a heavy focus on coaching and training of mid-level managers and associates, honed during my years as a regional training manager. Additionally, having been involved in multiple projects and large-scale initiatives, I bring strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and an ability to affect change to the table.
