As Diversity, Inclusion, and Culture Project Manager, I lead international cross-functional projects and teams to enhance company culture and foster inclusivity. I work closely with HR and other departments to develop and implement policies, processes and systems, and engagement programs for employee development and retention. My key tasks include:- Provide strategic advice and guidance to leaders and HR teams on DEI and Culture, enhancing employee performance, and engagement and promoting fair hiring and promotion processes.- Coach HR teams, empowering them to develop new processes, systems, and tools to ensure highly effective HR practices and policies that reflect company values and culture.- Lead and support cross-functional teams to increase the representation of women in tech and leadership, and people with disabilities representation.- Conduct end-to-end employee lifecycle gap analyses, from onboarding to offboarding, and lead action plans to improve systems, processes, performance, and leadership development.- Develop an HR data dashboard to analyse and leverage data-driven decisions for hiring, performance, retention, promotion, enhancing and fostering equitable and unbiased processes.- Collaborate with the leaders, Compliance and HR teams to design and implement policies, and support disciplinary actions and ethical investigations. and negotiate and implement the Equality Plan in Spain.- Launch engagement programs, support ERG events and lead internal communication campaigns.
