About Simonetta Logan
A therapeutic massage and trauma specialist, I have been in full-time clinical work since 1993, I have a keen interest in how the body integrates stress and emotions. I started the School of Holistic Therapy in 2000 with a view to passing on my knowledge and professionalism. With a small but very able team of assistants, I teach students how to perform a massage that is specific to the individual affected by a condition rather than just the condition itself. This means learning how to listen with sensitivity as well as being able to use tried and tested pain relieving techniques.Specialties: Individual Trauma work, Somatic Experiencing, Remedial Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Techniques. Relief of Chronic and Undiagnosed Pain, Relief from the wide variety of symptoms of trauma, also massage for the elderly, disabled or terminally ill. Clinic, hospital or home visits.Supervision for students and professionals.
