Since moving over to Australia with Mblox we have been acquired by CLX. Through my years in the UK working as a Senior Account Manager I have developed a deeper knowledge of the global mobile industry. In the last few years I have focused more on the bulk messaging but have also worked with premium messaging, push and rich push messaging and CLXs latest IoT offering. After having been promoted from the Telebusiness team within 3 months of being in Experian QAS, I have started working as an Internal Account ManagerResponsibilities include being an initial point of contact for a number of customers, upselling and upgrading their software and also bringing in new business in my patch.
In this role I was responsible for bringing in £70,000 worth of renewals on a monthly basis. The other part of the role involved booking 10/15 meetings a month. This improved my ability to work towards hitting multiple targets and my organisational skills.

From cold-calling potential prospects, to discussing needs, demonstrating our software dealing with objections to closing the sale. This process could take anything from 1 week to 2/3 months.
