I have a background of more than 18 years in both design and development of web applications, with a strong focus on mobile compatibility, performance, and new technologies from both a technical and a UX point of view. I currently lead the Digital Platforms team in SDA Bocconi School of Management, where I follow both technical and creative aspects of the School's web-related entities, from UX prototyping, interface design, content creation and external providers management.My daily activities include:- Manage a project's life-cycle (from initial concept through to deployment)- Define project-related specifications to be shared with external providers- Wireframing and UI design for digital entities - Front-end development aimed at creating new modules and new ways of interaction with our digital entities- Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders- User experience and front-end optimizations of various digital entities
