Assist in the development of a ten year asset replacement plan, for electrical assets, to assist future planning and prioritisation of budgets and to ensure best value.▪ Support and prioritise the implementation and successful delivery of annual Planned Maintenance Programme and lifecycle asset replacement.▪ Assist in the development of electrical procedures that are consistent with current legislation, departmental policy, and best practice.▪ Provide authoritative expertise, advice, and guidance to colleagues on all aspects of the operation of electrical services including statutory compliance, planned maintenance and capital development.▪ Work with the Compliance Services Team to monitor electrical statutory compliance activities ensuring that a safe environment is provided and maintained within all University buildings.▪ Undertake reporting on the management of risk related electrical services issues. This includes being accountable for investigating complex electrical issues and for delivering solutions to both managerial and technical issues as necessary.• Work with the Framework and Contracts Supplier Relationships Manager and colleagues in Procurement to manage framework agreements and term maintenance contracts. Our services ensured the design and installation of a 50kW implant in Gallan Park, Cannock and the rectification and alteration of a 150kW ground mounted system in Leicestershire. In cooperation with Noble Green Energy we guaranteed the reactive maintenance on the client’s park of PV installations.• Taking part in a Student Accommodation Project in Birmingham, in cooperation with AJDR Electrical Services.
