I am the owner of Clarify Coaching Services and a qualified Professional Development Coach who specialises in the professional growth and development of Middle Managers and Small Business Owners through, assisting them in navigating key of Leadership areas such as:- the challenges of people and performance management- career and business goal setting- internal challenges such as confidence, effective decision making, presenting and public speaking.I have worked in the field of people development for over 15 years; from the design and delivery of one to one and group training for staff, offending behaviour rehabilitation, quality assurance and people management. Holding experience in both public and private sector, I have an extensive understanding of change and transition management as well as every day skills, tools and behaviours that increase performance.Before specialising in coaching, I have spent the last ten years working in the Criminal Justice arena, in this time I worked as a programme facilitator, delivering cognitive behavioural based programmes and was quickly promoted to a quality assurance and training role where I supported the development of new and existing programme facilitators in specific programmes and skills for the role as well as provide feedback on performance. I won the 'Outstanding Staff Member of the Year' Award in 2010 and was soon after promoted to Programme/Operations Manager, managing over 50 staff; I sharpened my knowledge, skills and understanding in the areas of managing and leading teams, talent and business development. I have completed an array of leadership and management courses as well as other professional qualifications over this period, leading to my decision to take the leap and develop Clarify Coaching Services.I believe that everyone has the capacity to make lasting positive change and it’s my passion to see people achieve success on their own terms positively impacting on others in the process.
