There’s no escaping the fact that business and society are interdependent. That interdependence can be a strength though. I help companies identify and leverage areas of mutual benefit between society and business, driving impact for stakeholder communities and adding value for business.• Helped a global FMCG secure vital permission to operate across key markets by delivering £1.2m of community investment, achieving project outcomes on time and budget. • Developed a global CSR initiative for a company that delivered an 11 percent increase in staff engagement scores, 170 staff volunteer hours and £180,000 for a charitable cause. • After working with an insurance company to help them raise their CSR profile, 78 percent of staff agreed their employer was socially responsible and 83 percent felt CSR was the number one priority for the company, above all others including salary and benefits.I currently have the privilege of being able to work for Legal and General, where purpose isn't just a catch phrase.
