Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1993 (having previously worked in hospitality in Australia, in marketing at Boots PLC, in music publishing in California and at the British Council in Hong Kong).Before setting up Fenton Elliott, Simon headed up the national employment law team of a large law firm.Simon primarily works with business owners and senior leadership teams, assisting them in implementing workforce changes, resolving employment disputes, ensuring legal compliance, and protecting their businesses and confidential information.He also represents clients in the High Court, handling cases related to restrictive covenants and resolving shareholder and partnership disputes.
