My experience and skills are varied. Since 2017, I have been using my mathematical, analytical, and forecasting skills, learnt while studying Maths and Meterorology at Reading University, in various data analysis roles. Customer service roles, namely Bookseller/OS Agent and Customer Advocate (handling complaints), taught me patience and tolerance, while my time as a Team Leader allowed me to hone my relationship-management, communication, and persuasion skills. My current career trajectory has enabled me to become adept at communicating complex concepts and data to colleagues at any level. Throughout all these changes, I have kept with me a heartfelt belief in efficiency and innovation - no process or system is perfect and there is always a better solution. The real skill is being able to understand which of all the solutions to a problem is worth the effort and resource to implement it. I demonstrate a methodical approach, with excellent attention to detail and have proven leadership and organisational skills in managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. To this end, I am always willing and able to help, teach or listen to others in an effort to find the best possible outcome for all involved.
