I'm a final year I.T student who's always looking to further build upon and share my skills and experiences in the field of I.T so that I can help the world become more technologically proficient. Because of my past experiences at Circuitwise, Five Senses, and WorkVentures, I've become very flexible and adaptable, helping play a crucial role in jobs with short time constraints, especially if they demand high communication across multiple teams. Situations and jobs such as this have greatly improved my interpersonal communication skills, which have been highly effective during my role as an I.T intern when resolving day-to-day tech issues around the workplace. My education at UTS while studying for my Bachelor's degree has also helped me further solidify my knowledge across many different aspects of I.T, ranging from network architecture, web design, and interaction design. I believe that the combination of these skills and experiences will help bridge the gap between people and technology and a company's efficiency, regardless of its field.𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩During my time working at Circuitwise, while the section leader for the Stores team was on holiday, I acted as a co-leader and helped to keep the section running efficiently. Because of my knowledge with various technologies throughout the workplace, I would have to teach new employees how to use the smart storage systems and inventory systems while also communicating effectively with other teams to ensure inventory was up to date. This helped me build my confidence and skills as a teacher/mentor for assigning jobs and tasks while also helping to improve my interpersonal communication skills, especially when I had to consolidate and empathise with an employee which was worried about his performance and hard trouble learning to use the various technologies. Overall, everything ran smoothly and there were no issues when the leader came back. 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞Throughout my career, I've had to work in various small teams to complete jobs and projects that were assigned to be completed in a short time span. Because of this, I've learned to work closely with others and build upon each others strengths and weaknesses to efficiently complete the tasks that are given to us, especially since most of them have been in the field of manufacturing and production where teamwork is crucial. Regardless of the troubles we may encounter, I always work hard with my teams to be cohesive and empathise with one another.
