Fully accountable for the growth of the business through the effective management and development of IT recruitment teams in London, Bristol and Manchester focusing upon contract and permanent solutions across the IT organisation. Lead relationship and service management activities including associated service improvement and value add initiatives.

Full operational and commercial responsibility for 26 vertical market focussed IT recruitment consultants spanning the North of England.Accountable for the growth and performance of key business streams, namely: IT Contract / Interim resource, IT Permanent solutions (Contingency and Retained Search) and Strategic Account delivery and management. 'Hands on' responsibility for the successful delivery of permanent resource into a high profile global banking organisation, covering all technologies within a complex enterprise IT environment.During tenure the business managed was consistently ranked within the Top 5% globally across the Reed group for various key performance criteria. In 2013 ranked Number 1 across the global Reed group for TY/LY net income and net income growth, net profitability and net profitability growth, and several service quality metrics.

Responsible for successfully driving the growth of UK Contract and Permanent IT recruitment businesses across the Northern region.Fast track progression within this dynamic Global IT and Telecomms recruitment business from Account Development and Delivery through to Team Leadership and Regional Management. Tenure included a 9 month secondment reporting into the Group Board of Directors to research, model and establish a new Professional Services offering based out of the Netherlands.
