Recruited by MaxiTRANS to help the business build a new marketing and pricing model which could be used to provide automated quotes for pricing their trailer product range following acquisition of AZMEB trailers.Further aided the business with building a series of costing and purchasing models.Collaborated closely with the General Manager, National Sales Manager, Sales Manager and Accountant to ensure all marketing and costing models fulfilled business needs. Successfully reduced pricing quote times from 6 hours to just 5 minutes, and successfully provided senior management with the critical insight needed to assess P&L on product sales.

Established the marketing strategy to take this newly formed start-up operation from a blue print to fully operational, generating a positive cashflow return and ever increasing revenue and client base.Developed and implemented the strategic marketing programs needed to grow the business; creating new competitive space and/or reshaping existing space in the marketplace.Conducted strategic reviews of market channels to maximise marketing efforts.Formulated a CRM database of more than 400+ prospective clients, and developed the marketing communication framework focusing on B2B markets.Oversaw the development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and online; including appointment of web based digital design consultant.Reviewed marketing statistics to ensure all the efforts are meeting ROI against budget.

Challenged with leading the launch of a new brand “MultiLynx” which was to be sold across the Australian market, with initial manufacture in China and final fabrication in Australia.Directed the initial market SWOT to gather intelligence and propose go-to-market strategy to Directors.Took the brand from a start-up to achieving market dominance (over 80% of low loader market).Developed and executed comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of company product line. Researched, analysed, and monitored financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalise on market opportunities and minimise effects of competitive activity. Worked with creative teams on design and launch of brand logo and collateral.Collaborated with the Director on establishing the operations to support product sales and execution.
