Supervising the day to day operation of The Lowry Theatre box office and its sister ticketing agency, QuayTickets.Since its opening in 2000, The Lowry has now become one of the largest and most successful regional theatres in the country specialising in its diverse dance programming and its outreach work for vulnerable children and young carers in the Salford community.QuayTickets was founded in 2005 and acts as a sister company for the Lowry. Our client based has expanded rapidly and, since September 2014, we now provide ticketing for events and theatres across the country including Nimax Theatres (Apollo, Duchess, Garrick, Lyric, Palace, Vaudeville) and Nederlander Theatres (Aldwych, Dominion and Adelphi) as well as Brighton and Hove FC, East Lancashire Railways, Stockport Plaza and more seasonal events such as Manchester Winter Wonderland, Ice Rinks in the Greater Manchester area and beyond.As Ticket Sales Supervisor, I am responsible for the efficient management of staffing the call centres and desk services, training staff on 4 Box Office systems (AudienceView, Enta, Spektrix and SRO4), liaising with clients to ensure our service level agreements and targets are consistently attained and improved and with visiting company managers to provide excellent service and specific knowledge tailored to their production's needs and company's requirements.With the upcoming launch of QuayEvent - an online DIY ticketing agency, we are a forward thinking company at the forefront of the Ticketing Agency industry.
