We start by starting. We’re designers who research, consultants who build things, and strategists who look beyond spreadsheets. We’re as happy in a supermarket car park pouring with rain while testing a proposition as we are designing brand new challenger banks in Dubai. As a consultant a Fluxx I know that to get anything started, you just need to get started.  We’ve created some ground-breaking, award-winning and innovative work at Fluxx, and that’s because no two people here think the same way as each other.We're a company with purpose. We want to realise untapped potential, to bring joy and human progress. Sounds grand, but it's not really. In fact, it's really helped us shape our business, our people, our relationships with clients, and the wider industry. It's also given us a good excuse to help others - but we won't brag about that here.

• Project managed the redevelopment and relaunch of a website and behavioural support platform for GSK across 35 global markets over a 3 year period. This included a full eCRM programme, multi-lingual EPiServer CMS implementation and the management of multiple design, development, content and QA/testing teams. Managing the ongoing support across all markets.• Launched the T-Mobile Treat Van loyalty programme – a campaign site which integrated with T-Mobile’s database and customer authentication systems. Managed the delivery of the development in a cross-agency team - involving Partners Andrews Aldridge and Fuel - and the ongoing monthly “refuels” to refresh customer eligibility.• Worked with MTV to deliver the UX, design and build of a cutting edge, responsive campaign site for the VMAs, showcasing globally unsigned artists across multiple language platforms.• Project managed the delivery of the CMS for News UK’s Irish Sunday Times eReader app.• Directly involved in the conceptual development and responsible for the subsequent delivery of design and development for eSure’s DriveOff android application, which garnered fantastic reviews across tech sites such as Tech Radar, The Guardian and Digital Spy.• Worked collaboratively with Partners Andrews Aldridge and Fuel on the UX and CSS/HTML development of a Wickes eCRM programme.• Delivered an intermediary sellers toolkit and microsite for Bupa. Managed the end-to-end build in time to business-critical deadline for launch at a key conference presentation.• The project manager for a succession of social media launches in partnership with Jam. These included campaigns for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note, Vitamin Water collaborations with Jessie J and seasonal campaigns for Next, American Express, Sky Movies and Sky Sports.• Experience in delivering pitches, solution design, UX, design in both PHP and .NET.• Familiar with Drupal, EPiServer, Umbraco, Joomla and bespoke CMS’s.
