I have worked as a lawyer in the London insurance market since 2001, acting for a variety of insurers, intermediaries and their insureds. My practice focuses on claims against financial institutions (D&O, crime, PI), commercial D&O claims (both defence and coverage) W&I/M&A and complex professional indemnity disputes involving financial services companies and other professionals, particularly solicitors, IFA’s, SIPP operators, pension trustees, insurance brokers, accountants and other financial services professionals. I have acted for a number of schools and universities dealing with discrimination, bullying and breach of contract claims several before the SENDIST Tribunal. I am also a Trustee of a Multi Academy Trust sitting on the Education & Standards and Risk & Audit committees.I also regularly act for the aviation insurance market dealing both with coverage issues and defence of insureds.I regularly present to clients on the latest legal developments and provide training on litigation tactics and strategy.I spend all my free time looking after my three children.
