Working with Product Management and member-facing teams to add detail to the Lhasa Product Roadmaps. Capturing, refining and managing requirements and acceptance criteria that enable software development to produce system specs and designs, and QA to produce test plans and scripts for the Lhasa portfolio of cheminformatics decision support systems.

Working in the Research Informatics team on local and global IT systems, my role covered three main areas: Business Analysis, Customer Relationship Management / Consultancy, and Project Management. In these roles I have:• Performed the business analysis for local and global IT projects and solutions.• Produced clear, comprehensive documentation using UML to model business processes enabling development teams to code solutions meeting user’s requirements.• Facilitated project meetings and business analysis sessions in person and via teleconference with attendees of various seniority drawn from global business and IT partners.• Acted as a consultant to scientific teams, investigating their processes leading to better understanding and / or improvements.• Supervised and managed the work of FTE's, contractors and external third parties in the delivery of IT projects.• Coordinated operational start-up activities for external scientific collaborations implementing solutions to enable secure sample and data transfer between parties.• Wrote small applications in C#.NET

Working as a lab chemist preparing compound libraries for screening, but with increasing interest and responsibilities for developing and / or implementing software to manage lab processes and data. During this time I represented Research Chemists on global and local software development projects and wrote several software systems to facilitate operational processes, building a solid, practical knowledge of VB6, VBA and SQL languages.
