This was my first full time position and taught me how to work in a luxury environment with a high end product and provide the standard of service that clients expected. We had to have excellent customer service, as well as a thorough knowledge of all models, past and present, and what our competitors were offering,I was fortunate enough to work in the other outlet stores and be asked to go and represent the brand at Goodwood Festival of Speed where we were the main sponsor. We were a direct representative for the brand, and I feel this was a fantastic learning experience for me as we had to deal with a number of different clients and customers on a day to day basis, much more than working in a store.It was also because of this that I developed an enjoyment of being involved in events. -
