I developed and directed business plans, and was involved in creating and executing effective strategies that align with the short- and long-term objectives of the organization. I also led the team responsible for developing FinTech programs and technology to support banking and financial services on a global scale.★ Efficiently directing operations, I was in charge of teams located in three different countries. I developed and implemented processes and initiatives that encourage cohesive participation, and I evaluated performances remotely to identify training and coaching opportunities.★ Financial data expertise to provide recommendations and advice on private equity investments for increasing company stability and sustainable finances.

I created and executed a business plan for an in-home childcare and staffing solutions company. My main duties were managing daily operations and developing strategies to maintain a profitable environment.★ This grew from a staff of 40 toa staff of 250. I was very invested in developing my employees, and I mentored their leadership qualities. This allowed me to establish strategies that enhanced the company growth. My efforts led to positive relationships with key client Bright Horizons Family Solutions with the business in the top 1% of franchises.★ 190 key corporate clients in the DC area in commercial and government sectors.★ We maintained sustained growth until I was able to sell the company for 27.75% Internal Rate of Return.
