Simon has over 20 years’ experience in executive search and research and is responsible for CSG Talent’s Natural Resources division working across 8 global offices consisting of over 30 specialist consultants and a team of dedicated Researchers.Within these team we cover Critical Minerals, Battery Metals (Lithium, Cobalt, Nickel, battery recycling etc), Gold, Copper, Potash, OEM, Mining Technology & Innovation, decarbonization, Construction and Agriculture and RPO assignments and Cleantech I have a global perspective of the mining industry and works in close collaboration with his clients on areas such as succession planning and increasing female diversity at a senior level.
