• Authored, maintained and managed the Operational, Technical and Military training requirements for a busy and diverse organisation working to tight deadlines and clear end states.
• Delivered regular, technically focussed operational reports regarding employee performance and technical readiness of equipment and personnel to senior management.
• Management responsibility for a team of technical managers in relation to achievements, training needs and development points,
