I am the CEO of Anglicare Sydney, a Christian charity that provides aged care, retirement living, social housing, and community services to over 100,000 people across Greater Sydney and the Illawarra. I have been leading this organisation since February 2022, with a mission to serve people in need, enrich lives, and share the love of Jesus.Before joining Anglicare Sydney, I had a successful career in management consulting and public service, with over 20 years of experience in strategy, operations, transactions, digital and transformation. I built and led BCG GAMMA, the artificial intelligence and advanced analytics business of Boston Consulting Group, across the Asia-Pacific region, growing it from scratch to hundreds of data scientists and engineers in four years. I also worked with CEOs and executive teams of leading transport, infrastructure, construction, engineering, real estate, and building materials companies and governments in the region, delivering impactful and innovative solutions. Additionally, I serve as a Non Executive Director at LDK Seniors' Living, one of Australia's leading retirement living providers, where I bring my board governance and industry insights to support their vision and growth.
