Achieved 10-12% cost save on addressable HK Capital Plan spend against baseline and reduced supply chain for 20 to 6 suppliers. • Re-procured Architectural and Interior Design panel aligning to global best practice by reducing risk and standardising costs. Includes the following responsibilities; Oversight of all aspects of the vendor’s performance, utilising standardised KPI’s and KRI’s Strong understanding of the vendor’s business, including major changes in their financial position and customer base Execution of the necessary sampling, checking and oversight of the bank’s vendor management requirements in line with the Vendor Risk Management policy and CRE VM Framework, including sampling employee vetting and sampling anti-bribery procedures Achieve the required local due diligence checks, where not covered at a global or regional level.
