Final Role - Trainer Assessor in Foundation Skills and WHSDevelop and Deliver Online and Face to face training to improve learner's employability.Use eCoach and Articulate to develop and deliver a high quality online training experience.Provide coaching and motivation to candidate to inspire their future and seize their employment opportunities.Previous Role - Work Adviser Build and manage a candidate pool through candidate assessment, resume development, skills validation,reference checking and candidate profiling. Work with the Business Development Officers to source, screen and place candidates into paid work includingspecific cohort targets. Source job vacancies through active business development. Place candidates into work experience, work for the dole, training and volunteering opportunities to developemployability skills. Refer candidates to external services for non-vocational interventions. Understand and adhere to NORTEC’s Service Delivery Model and other relevant industry, legislative andcontractual requirements. Demonstrate a willingness to work across multiple roles, programs and locations.Service and Sales Contact or meet with candidate around their employment activities and opportunities. Provide intensive individualised support (where required). Provide concierge services to candidates to engage them in employment search or employment skillsdevelopment activities. Coordinate and facilitate group job search, skill development and job hub activities. Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and relevant industry bodies. Partner with employers and government/community organisations to rapidly progress candidates into work. Use effective sales and marketing techniques to generate employment opportunities. Promote and sell all NORTEC Services including training, small business and other commercial services.

 Responsible for meeting and exceeding budget and performance KPIs working with a small case load of jobseekers to assist them into employment, assisting an average of 7 per month into employment. Organize and facilitate training sessions to teach job search skills, including applying for positions, interview skills and overcoming barriers to return to work. Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory policies and procedures. Provide work health and safety support and advice and manage internal communication within the organization as a work health and safety representative.

 Manage workplace health and safety related resources and systems, including managing remote workers, developing toolbox talks and safety training programs Project manage the development and deployment of corporate website and training management systems Develop, deploy and manage nationally recognised training instruction and assessment resources to a variety of media, including print, online and mobile.

 Responsible for initial setup of the training company, including development and implementation of policies and procedures Develop and deliver OHS training and presentations to internal and external clients Develop training resources for external clients, including employee induction programs, technical equipment product training and software training for the Insurance Claims Service Provider sector. Document and develop face to face and online training programs for small groups andindividuals Schedule, manage and market training courses for the carpet cleaning and restoration industry involving local and international subject matter experts Work with Restoration and Glass industry bodies and their associates to develop internal training programs and WHS resources specific to industry needs.
