Creating cash management equity program order baskets for the Portfolio Managers so the traders can execute, which facilitate raising or spending cash, bringing portfolios in-line with a model fund.• Loading a quantitative solutions transaction model, based on specific instructions received from the Portfolio Manager.• Placing single stock Equity, Futures & Options, Index roll orders on behalf of the Portfolio managers.• Allocating IPOs• Confirming all daily trading activity, including Cash, (Equity and Fixed Income), and Derivative securities.• Responsible for all trade date matching duties on the day the trades are executed to ensure Straight through Processing.

• Maintaining Static Database including setting up security instruments, Investment & Hedge Funds, Equities, Bonds, Futures & Options.• Setting up new clients and Market makers researching ownerships and credit ratings.Providing trade support to Fund desk internal and external for web clients.• FIX Trade Flow testing and implementation internal and externally• SWIFT 20022 &15022 Trade Flow testing and implementation internal and externally• Providing month end prices for client statements via Bloomberg, Telekurs, CitiDirect, Reuters and other sources.• Maintaining commission rates for clients and Daily Exchange Rates.• Notifying Corporate Actions of any defunct securities or M&A.• • Providing daily Management reports and charts for profit and loss, accrued interest and client exposures.• Dealing with both client and market maker queries verbally, and via email.• Writing up and ensuring Static Data procedures and FCA rules are maintained and kept up-to-date.• Monitoring trade flow and servers.• Making sure client trade confirmations are sent out on time and reprocessing any failures.• Maintaining static data on company website.• Completing End of Day procedures, taking down systems, archiving historical data, trouble shooting outstanding trades and general queries.• Writing VB, VBA, and SQL for in-house reporting.
