Project lead creating a Funds database for all the funds (contract and non-contract) so that our clients and front desk traders can place orders directly improving efficiency and accuracy of trades as well making sure fund managers were compliant. Ensured Fund managers kept us regularly updated of liquidated funds, change of fund names, deadlines, and of retro rates etc. Liaised with fund managers to reassure them that we were on hand to help them keep their portfolio of funds up to date FIX Protocol and SWIFT 20022 & 15022 Trade Flow testing and implementation, internal and externally migrating all our clients and fund managers over to FIX and SWIFT by carry our rigorous testing and implementation within a strict time frame as the company wanted to move the clients and fund managers over to the new system it was paramount that the testing was implemented and brought into production.Providing month end NAV prices for client statement of holdings. Producing client custody statements within 3 days of month end so clients could view their holdings online, this included vetting prices from outside sources Bloomberg, Lipper, SIX financial and other sources. It was extremely important to get the customers there statements so they knew what they were holding and therefore make decisions on what to invest in.Maintaining the securities database for (Investment and hedge funds, Eurobonds, Equities and other securities) over 25 years.
