You need expert help fast to have the best chance of resolving the uncertainties and kick-start a contingency plan. This is an anxious time with a lot at stake.I am a very experienced practitioner with 30 years in SME restructuring and insolvency. I have probably advised well over 1,000 businesses across a wide range of sectors including the charity sector, construction, healthcare, high-tech, hospitality, manufacturing, professional services, retail and transport.As an Insolvency Practitioner licensed in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, I am bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics when carrying out all professional work.The threat of insolvency arises when running out of cash or agreed bank facilities to pay employees and essential bills, and when facing mounting pressure from creditors, whether trade suppliers, lenders or HMRC.It’s easy to miss the signs of approaching insolvency when you’re caught up in the day-to-day challenges of running a business.
