I’ve just got past my 15th and final year end as Managing Partner of VWV. It’s been quite a journey since 2008 starting with one office in Bristol and then slowly adding colleagues and a growing presence in London Birmingham and then Watford (and Henleaze) while all the while navigating things such as the financial crash of 09/10 at the start to issues and changes developed due to the Covid pandemic more recently. It’s been rewarding to see the development of our people and business in all our locations and I’m particularly pleased to have overseen the period in which not only have we grown our office locations but also created 2 trading subsidiaries Narrow Quay HR and VWV Plus and become a shareholder in the business consultancy Cairneagle Limited. As I begin the next stage of my already 35+ year career at VWV it only leaves me to wish my successor stevemcguigan all the very best as he takes over the managing partner role and leadership responsibility
