Collaborated with committee to identify and sensitize households most in need, and worked with refugees with special needs to identify accessibility gaps.• Implemented renewable energy initiatives by conducting research and cost-benefit analyses, installing solar-powered street lighting, and distributing solar home systems.• Mapped all refugee camps in Rwanda using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to identify needs and present achievements in order to support grant proposals.• Supervised expenses of USD700,000/year for construction and development initiatives.• Guided 50+ missions of foreign ambassadors, donor representatives, and ministers visiting the camps, educating them about the Congolese refugee situation.• Created database to improve tracking of shelter needs and material distribution, leading to a decrease in shelter fraud and allowing the organization to exceed shelter activity targets by 173% in 2018 and 218% in 2019.
