Since 2020 I have been studying to achieve my Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Taxation at the University of Canterbury. Over my time at university, I had the great pleasure to understand and apply the concepts of Accounting and Law in a wide range of papers which has expanded my knowledge from accounting papers to law and business papers such as contracts, organisation, and taxation. Also learning about the business environment by doing a paper which require learning about international culture and New Zealand culture.From my job experience as being a produce assistant, I have grown skills and am passionate about customer communication, teamwork, presentation, determination, a can-do attitude and multitasking from doing my job. Using these skills has helped me show the importance and the impact I have in my community. This includes experiencing first-hand the importance of being an essential worker during the COVID period which builds up a new skill of handling pressure.My Skills and Strengths are:- Teamwork- Communication- Motivation and Dedication- Fast Learner- Risk-Taking - Ability to take charge and motivate my peers.- Reliability My ambition is to experience the real-life day to day aspects of working in an accounting firm.
