I am a commercial barrister (called in 1993) specializing in IT, construction, energy and related professional negligence work with experience of working in the English Courts at all levels and in international arbitration. I have wide experience of many forms of ADR including mediation, negotiation and early neutral evaluation. I am a member of the panel of adjudicators on the Society for Computers and Law Adjudication Scheme.I am also a CEDR-accredited mediator and a great believer in the advantages of mediation over traditional litigation.
