At Reitan Convenience Denmark, my role as an IT Business Consultant centered on solution architecture, ensuring seamless integrations, and facilitating effective communication between legacy and new systems. I focused on analyzing and scoping out technical solutions, guiding the business towards approaches that best met their objectives. Solution Architecture: I led the creation of robust architectures that enhanced system efficiency and reliability, thanks to strategic integrations that bridged various technological frameworks.Legacy & New System Integration: My focus was on integrating old and new technologies within a business framework that includes 185 physical stores and generates over 2 billion in revenue. The aim was to ensure seamless, uninterrupted operations and data flow, keeping both new and legacy systems working in harmony.Business & IT Strategy Alignment: I was instrumental in aligning IT solutions with company objectives, advocating for technology investments that promised the highest returns and met strategic business needs.Digital Transformation Initiative: I initiated a project to bolster our online presence, creating a more stable and scalable online sales channel. This involved integrating digital tools with our core business strategies to meet the evolving demands of our market and customers.Internal Collaboration: Worked closely with departments to understand their needs, scoping out and implementing tailored IT solutions.

Technically responsible for the Magasin goodie app. Making sure that the business needs and wants fit into the digital experience for Magasin and the system bridging between the different systems in an old setup (mid an IT turnaround.)

Pushing innovation even further while optimising our current systems.Making our product a better experience for customers by optimising the app and the whole reservation flow, preparing for a broader rollout to multiple cities. As scaleability becomes a central focus, several internal procedures were automated or optimised.Taking the total customers from 13.000 to 100.000 on a global plan.I was in charge of Greenmobility's participation in a Grand Solutions Project with multiple partners involved. Working towards a Live map of the road conditions in, and around Copenhagen by applying machine learning to data collected by the Greenmobility cars.

Managing both the day to day projects that will help optimise the operation, to the much larger business-critical projects that will benefit the entire company, with all such procedures include. As a startup, iterating makes sure that every project is learning, and an idea is only an unscoped project.

An internship in a web development agency where I managed multiple projects with a different set of success criteria. After the initial scoping of the specifications, the teams in India and Colombia handled the web development tasks where my primary focus was to make sure that, time, budget and scope matched the expectations set.

From significant projects that needed scoping, planning and execution, to delivering the small on-hands tasks, that working in a fast-paced innovate company meant, whether that was coding, updating the company website or something different entirely.
