I controlled a project for the introduction of an online and classroom-based blended learning program (individual custom pathway video tutorials and hands-on system simulations) in support of the company-wide rollout of a new HR and Payroll system. I coordinated all project management phases from gathering business requirements and defining design strategies through training program and materials development ensuring successful execution of the project in 3 months with 100% deliverables and milestones compliance. Furthermore, I achieved high levels of quality and promoted continuous optimisation through analysis of end user feedback via LMS and corrective action.

I orchestrated the design, launch, and operation of a SaaS online education program with 20+ HR and Payroll online courses and a user base of 350,000+ self-service students, 1,700+ core students, and 100+ internal staff, equal to 5% of the total Australian Payroll workforce. I leveraged Agile methodology and ADDIE principles to streamline development processes and created innovative training content including blended learning webinars, passive and interactive video tutorials, learning activities, train-the-trainer guides, and assessments. In addition, I monitored and supervised the operation of the training program and the Moodle-based learning management system, identifying gaps and driving continuous optimisation. I also served as a Technical Support manager with control a team of cloud engineers and 2nd level support helpdesk operations.
