Over the last 14 years, I have specialized in clinical electronic medical record build and management. My experience ranges across multiple health care systems as a clinical systems analyst and leader. I have worked on high profile, wide-reaching implementations and enhancements focused on improving patient outcomes.Over the last two years I have transitioned seven hospitals within the Centura Health network from legacy EMRs to Epic. I was the main orders and order transmittal analyst as well as a leader on the growth team. In my previous role I was an effective leader of a high-performing Willow Inpatient and Ambulatory team of clinical and technical staff supporting complex and dynamic applications and downstream systems. I collaborated regularly with operational stakeholders and clinical leadership to determine business needs, coordinate projects, and design efficient strategies to meet top-level goals.Prior to that role I was part of the Orders implementation team tasked with configuring the EpicCare Inpatient Orders module for a go-live of nine hospitals and more than 30 provider specialties. I provided leadership and support post go-live to ensure a seamless transition.During my time as an ASAP analyst, I integrated highly impactful clinical and financial systems. I was the primary analyst for production support and patient safety escalation resolution. Prior to my experience in electronic medical record technology, I spent an additional five years in general IT Support in healthcare and private business settings.
