I am a Mechanical engineer at Busek, a small engineering company dedicated to the development of cutting edge electric propulsion. My curiosity drives me to understand the complexities of the world around me and use what I learn to devise innovative solutions to diverse problems. Whether it involves exploration, rapid prototyping, mechanical design with CAD, simulation, or optimization with FEA and CFD, I am driven to learn and apply my knowledge to my work.My experiences include developing a cart for Blue Origin to facilitate the handling of avionics packages for their New Glenn rocket, designing parts for Gyroscope winding equipment at Northrop Grumman, and collaborating with a team of students to construct a composite filament winding machine for high powered model rockets. Currently, I am working on optimizing prototype electric propulsion equipment for manufacturing and qualification.My interest in exploration also extends beyond engineering into the arts and the natural world. I am an artist, musician, and caver, spending any time I can sketching or playing guitar and exploring the wonders of nature.
