Simon Ho has a twenty-plus year career history in the electronics industry marked by repeated recognition for commitment, loyalty, focus, and dedication to continuous improvement. Launching his career with Panasonic in Singapore, he rose through progressive positions in design engineering and quality management while completing certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt. From this point, he relocated to Canada to join the Manufacturing Engineering, BlackBerry team to develop the NPI programs for BlackBerry highest running models including the BB10 smartphone devices. In 2012, he was promoted to lead the DFx Platform for all new BlackBerry NPI devices.
