He is especially gifted at taking ideas from concept to implementation and creating a culture of raving fans within his companies and with clients globally.He has been a leader in the childcare services industry for almost 20 years, creating software and processes that deliver peace of mind to child care providers, staff, and families. But Simon’s interests range well beyond entrepreneurship. He is also a philanthropist whose latest venture is a very personal one. Amidst the pandemic, Simon and his daughter Cassie Ho, founded the My New Liver Foundation out of a deep sense of responsibility to give back. Cassie was born with a congenital liver disorder called Biliary Atresia. By age 13, Cassie's liver was at end-stage and only a liver transplant could save her. Simon was a match and thanks to the remarkable regenerative power of the liver, he was able to donate a part of his liver to Cassie. On July 12, 2010, Cassie and Simon had a successful living-related liver transplant. With the My New Liver Foundation, they seek to inspire other people to become living donors and save the life of someone who needs a new liver for survival.
