Joined the organization after the successful sale of the company to Knowledge Universe. Facilitated knowledge transfer to management and staff of Knowledge Universe. Spearheaded the professional services arm of the business to develop and implement special projects for clients.Also responsible for the implementation of the Oncare solutions (now 1Core Solution) for clients, working with the product development team to enhance the solution and developing innovative add-on services with 3rd party partners.

Founded Childcare Online Services (COS), a start-up company delivering a SaaS based center management solutions to the childcare industry. The small start-up company successfully adopted Thomas Friedman “The world is Flat” model with a small but robust business team in the US and a development team based in Chennai, India. The company successfully acquired many early adopted clients with a growing monthly subscriptions paying customer base. This highly successful start-up was acquired by Knowledge Universe, the largest childcare provider in the world, in 2007. COS was rebranded as Oncare to continue the offering of online solutions to the broader childcare market.

Developed the AutoDraft solutions, a hassle free tuition payment solution for childcare parents. Implemented the solutions for many child care providers, which significant improve their cash flow, reduce directors’ administrative burden and enhance customer satisfaction.Consulted with a large for-profit childcare provider, Childrens’ Creative Learning Centers, in the design, development and implementation of an employer sponsored back-up child care online solution. This solution enables the provider to partner with local employers to offer back up child care benefits to employees.

Consulted with many national and multi-national companies with broad Information Technology implementation and financial management consulting experience:- Managed the implementation of a 3-year multi-million dollar financial reporting management system to improve the Chinese Central Bank’s accounting and management information and to reform the financial sectors reporting in China. Led a 30-staff team and successfully implemented the Accounting Information System in 6 provinces. - Engaged in the analysis, design, construction and implementation of the Television Syndication Accounting System for Turner Broadcasting System (TBS-CNN) in Atlanta, GA. The system produced significant annual savings because it allows the company to pay participants associated with film and television products on a cash basis rather than on a billing basis. - Implemented SAP for IBM Storage Systems Division (SSD) in San Jose, CA. This is a large, complex, full life cycle project covering three geographical areas: San Jose, Germany and Hungary, for over 1,000 users. Project team lead for General Ledger and Accounts Receivable.
