Having journeyed through post-production in both the UK and the UAE since 2004 I can safely say that I've been there! I've spilt the tea, done the nights, pulled out enough hair to stuff several pillows, and yet somehow managed to retain the same level of passion and commitment as the day I started.I have a strong background in UK and US broadcast television and after my time in the UAE, branded online content. I have cut a variety of shows over a variety of formats on a variety of softwares and am as happy taking the lead in a team of editors, as I am rolling up my sleeves and getting stuck into story cutting. The ever-evolving techniques of storytelling are a constant inspiration for me.I think that being a bit of a journeyman has taught me some defining lessons in the value of communication and collaboration and it is these aspects of the job that I value the most when it comes to creating content of any kind. I have become a very resourceful and adaptable editor and I feel that it is my willingness to embrace varying methods of working that has enabled me to achieve this.Heres looking forward to the next stage of the journey, whatever it may be, wherever it may take me.
