I have a possibly-unhealthy passion for planes and the airline industry in general.I'm currently having a blast leading the technology team at Jetstar, one of the world's best and most successful low cost carriers. I'm privileged to lead the tech organisation during a transformative era where technology and tech-led innovation will shape some of the biggest changes in our industry's history.I previously had responsibility for Global Distribution and Payments across Qantas, driving structural transformation to deliver benefits for customers and the airline industry through the transition to New Distribution Capability (NDC) and towards Offers & Orders.Previous responsibilities include leadership of Commercial Airline Technology at Qantas (spanning network strategy & planning, revenue management & pricing, sales & distribution, and digital channels), as well as technology risk & compliance for Qantas Airlines.Another great experience includes my time working in Qantas Loyalty, leading the commercial, technical and operational functions in establishing and running Qantas Loyalty's breakout data, insights and targeted digital media business.In my pre-airline life, I guided the formation of a complex tech/digital joint venture, involving two publicly-listed companies, in order to bring digital mail to Australia. I established and led the digital start-up JV, Digital Post Australia.
