Manage communications and marketing for the bikeshare service in the cities of Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Reddy Bikeshare, in partnership with Independent Health, was started in July 2016 and today includes a fleet of 400 bikes that adults can rent for a small nominal fee.

Helped form a small real estate holdings company and managed its assets, which included multi-family, commercial and industrial property. My role spread between book-keeping, property management, leasing, conflict resolution, and identifying means to repair tenant damages and structural defects.

Help households rent apartments from houses and buildings all across the cities of Buffalo and Niagara Falls.

Managed, wrote, and conducted research for various economic development-related reports and studies commissioned by institutions throughout Greater Cleveland and the state of Ohio.

I cover public affairs, zoning, schools, business and events across our readership and specificially in three townships and five villages stretching from Fairport Harbor, Ohio, to Madison, Ohio. I also produce video stories, maps and write enterprise stories.

I created and edited online courses on Learn Blackboard, Kent State University’s contentmanagment platform. I also edited powerpoints, video and audio lectures.

Laid out WKSU stories on the website, interviewed sources, edited sound bites and audio, trouble shot website issue, wrote stories.

Wrote stories and graphical pieces for the magazine and its website, OhioFusion.com. I also produced video features.

Between May 2011 and May 2012, I managed the everything Fusion related, including two award-winning Fusion issues.

Between January 2010 and May 2011, I managed all of the content on OhioFusion.com, as well as produced exclusive web content.

I covered crime, government affairs, and a wide range of university developments between August 2009 and May 2010, June 2011 and December 2011 and a few freelance stories after then. I interviewed university officials, law enforcement officers, business owners and victims of crimes. I also worked light hearted stories concerning student life. I edited and shot video, managed multi-media content and coached reporters how to shoot and edit video.

I led a team of students to organize Kent State University's annual student film festival and competition. I oversaw and organized advertising campaigns, pre-production and event details. I communicated with countless student filmmakers about contest rules and entries. And most importantly, I am approached and communicated with international businesses like Audio-Technica, Avid and Apple to sign sponsorship agreements and contribute prizes.
