I lead the Customer Group at Travelex with responsibility for Global Retail P&L and Marketing. Travelex is the only global operator to provide a ‘cash and card’ proposition for customers’ travel money needs.My focus is to grow Travelex’s share of the global travel money market which is set to increase 10-20% over the next 5yrs. One of key vehicles for growth is the Travelex Money Card and App (TMC) which we have successfully rolled out in our core markets. With over 15m global walk-up cash customers we are using a product-led data driven approach to develop lifetime value.

Led transformation from catalogue to digital increase Click and Collect from 30% to 65%. Delivered the new Screwfix app and Screwfix Sprint, the 60min last mile delivery service. Launched Screwfix, Choice of Champions, a new brand platform championing the skill & dedication of the trade. Focussed on driving lifetime value through more effective digital performance marketing, e-commerce, behavioural CRM and customer propositions that further enhance Screwfix’s convenience proposition.

Flybe, a regional airline acquired by the Connect Airways Consortium (Cyrus Capital, Virgin Atlantic and Stobart Group).
