I am an Operations Leader, adept at running a technology function to deliver change within highly regulated operating environments.Interactive Investor necessitated to successfully migrate 100,000 customers and £7bn AUM across international markets in to a 400,000 customer £21bn AUM consolidated operating platform within 6 months. This to minimise an excess of duplicated costs across two entities.I was appointed as Integration & Change Director as a natural fit based upon a continuum of employment with the acquired entity.
