Responsibilities included:Developing basic planning drawings into full working drawings.Liaising with client/local authorities/contractor/specialist subcontractors/suppliers.Delivering production information and drawings on time, to contractor's schedule.

Working closely with the practice principal, I developed basic concept sketches into packages suitable for submission to local authority planning departments. My duties also included site inspections, surveys both pre and post construction and liaising with statutory authorities and other stakeholders.

As a member of the national design office, providing design and engineering support to all Donaldson's operations throughout the UK. Using Mitek truss design software and proprietary CAD programs, served as outreach to help optimize solutions and calculate answers to geometric conundrums encountered on site with timber-framed structures.
