I have over 40 years of business, entrepreneurial, finance, banking, legal and non-profit experience both in the United States and internationally, including Europe and Asia. My work has included running debt and equity capital markets, including leveraged loans and high yield bonds, at some of the largest and most successful financial institutions in the world. I have also worked as CEO, President and COO and CFO at start-ups in the bio-medical, real estate and proptech sectors and served on the board of directors of various organizations including banks, non-profits, and venture capital-supported companies. I have chaired the risk management committee of a highly successful bank and served on its credit and executive committees. Teaching has been a passion of mine and I have enjoyed teaching finance to both undergraduate honors students and to law students.
