The solution enables Lloyds Banking Group to review their c50m business/personal customer portfolios on a monthly snapshot basis to identify potential high-risk customers, conduct customer risk assessment to support anti-money laundering (AML) and deliver on Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory commitments. - APM provides financial crime mitigation through improved data insight capability into the LBG portfolio and prioritised case management for Operations. It demonstrates to the regulator that LBG are in control. APM also enables user executed real-time monitoring through API integration that enables LBG to continually review their customer data and evaluate latest risk scores throughout the month.
